JUNIOR PERFORMANCE SQUAD
The Junior Squad is for under 18 paddlers wanting to fast-track to a high performance level, including team boats and technique along with elite training methods.

SENIOR PERFORMANCE SQUAD
The Performance Squad is for the paddler wanting to improve their technical skills and performance for competition. Sessions are 50-60 minutes aiming to develop various training systems through intervals, stroke temp, speed endurance and race pace.
