The Club Race is a great opportunity to refine your racing skills and enjoy some friendly rivalry.
Everyone welcome to come and join in. New comers very welcome and we encourage you to give it a go. We will give you all the support you need and we always have a short course option available for novices and less experienced.
Want to Join in:
- Arrive before 6pm, to get your race number and allow the timer can enter you into WebScorer.
- A 10 minute buzz will go before the start, to get you on the water and warmed-up.
- Race will start a 6pm.
Courses:
A particular course is set for 6 weeks, see course maps for potential courses.
At the end of the six weeks, the course will be set as a nominations race where the person closed to there nominated time will win a prize. $5 to enter and the will also be a BBQ following the race.
Before the new six week course starts, there will be a novelty race: Pairs, Handicap, Doubles or something; so keep an eye out on AKC’s Facebook or Fridge Magnet.
